Starting February 15, I'll be teaching yoga classes at the McIntosh Loft in Churchill park. The classes are for those who are looking for a yoga fitness class to help build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance relaxation. It's hard to believe a fitness class can be relaxing, but its true. The classes are $85/person for a 10 class session. Here is the schedule:
Monday 9:30 - 11 am, 4:15 - 5:45 pm, 7:30 - 9 pm
Tuesday 11:30 - 1 pm, 1:30 - 3 pm, 6:00 - 7:15 pm, 7:30 - 9 pm
Wednesday 10:00 - 11:30 am
Thursday 9:30 - 11 am
All that you will need to bring is a yoga mat, a thick bath towel, water bottle, and a long strap. If you have any question, just give me a call 519-622-2661, or an email jeff@wolfdenexpeditions.ca
