Blue Mountain Winter Yoga Retreat

I'm excited to let you know that we are offering a winter yoga retreat at Blue Mountain in Collingwood for the New Year.  If you love downhill skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, and especially yoga!  Then this retreat is for you!  We will be staying at our very own private chalet within walking distance of the southern slopes of Blue Mountain.  Each morning we will be enjoying a gentle yoga class by the fire to warm the body and mind up for a day on the slopes, or ski/snowshoe trails.  At the end of the day when everyone is full of excitement and adrenaline from the day we will be participating in a vinyasa flow prior to dinner.  In the evening the group will reconvene for a relaxing Yin yoga practise and some down time in the hot tub that overlooks the slopes of Blue Mountain. Retreat Activities During the retreat there are numerous activities that you can participate in.  The downhill skiing and boarding is top notch at Blue Mountain.  It has various runs for all levels of experience.  From the beginner right up to the advanced. If speed and adrenaline is not your cup of tea, there will be a daily shuttle to the Scenic Caves Nature Adventure Centre.  They have professionally groomed Nordic ski, skate ski, and snowshoe trails.
